Phoenix, AZ, July 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE American: IHT) on July 26, 2018, declared a dividend of $0.01 per share payable on August 20, 2018 to shareholders of record as of August 8, 2018, continuing an uninterrupted 48-year history of annual dividends. On June 25, 2018 IHT had originally declared a dividend of $0.01 per share payable on July 31, 2018 to shareholders of record as of July 16, 2018, that was rescinded and re-declared.
